Does a Forms recipient have to have an Adobe ID?

i tried first form. when sent link friend, had create adobe id account in order view it. that's deal-killer me. users should not have register see form. did wrong?

it sounds though sharing wrong link. make sure copy link displayed in distribute tab, rather link displayed in browser's address bar.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
