i have downloaded , installed latest version of flash player several times.  every time browser (firefox) starts crash every time flash player used.  have close program , start over.  have removed version 11.??, reinstalled version 10.3 , works except firefox doesn't version.  says there vulnerability problem , deactivates if constantly.  in order me use have activate each use.  have options? i'm sorry you're going through this.  suspect might running conflict our protected mode.  please try troubleshooting steps outlined in faq:   how troubleshoot flash player's protected mode firefox?   in particular, i'd recommend temporarily disabling protected mode (for troubleshooting purposes only) see if addresses issue. hi all, got new motherboard , stuff goes it. able install ubuntu 11.10 amd64 under efi efi boot partition no problem. system installed , running naturally want conduct upgrade. can run "apt-get update" without issue. however, when attempt run "apt-get upgrade" system freezes , refuses respond. can install, un-install, individual packages @ won't complete upgrade. i'm baffled.
