Footer Positioning

i have large monitor (2560x1600) , no matter set page size, footer sits @ bottom of browser window. understand not has monitor large , display way intended. want display way intend o large displays.

 

is there way bring footer want be?

please go file>site properties , uncheck "sticky footer" option there.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
