Having trouble using my Creative Cloud Membership

i have purchased creative cloud membership month ago , can not install of "apps" on computer. have installed on mac without issues, own windows , cannot it. when click on app (photoshop/ indesign / adobe pro) tells me can not download not connected internet, page in first place had on internet. around issue downloaded them trials , installed them without problem. trials finished , no longer open. tried click on "license software" did on mac, asks adove id , password. type it, takes me nowhere. "thinks" ages , brings me same page. (and yes sure typed correct id , password , tried reseting password.) how them working?

sign in or activation errors | cs6, cs5.5 subscriptions, cs6 perpetual

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
