Help with High School Football Recruiting DVD

hello,
i need making dvd highlighting son's high school football plays.
i have 10 different dvd's (with 10 different high school football games played in) , cut various snippets (segments) each dvd illustrate great plays . . . , put them onto 1 dvd + add music , want add writing too.
i don't know begin.
can guide me please ?
