How to re-install creative suite CS6 on a Mac.

i purchased creative cloud suite cs6 mac pro, 2009 model. happy untill noticed small program called "clean up" or that. ran program clean old cs5.5 versions of suite thinking "clean up" system , thats when problems started. after running program couldnt open of creative cs6 programs. start opening give me error message associated loss of quicktime codecs. cleverly thought uninstall adobe software re-install creative cloud suite. oh no, apparantly should have de-activated first , of course didn't. tried re-installing cloud keeps saying " download failed, administrator privilages required". administrator , have been ten long years. after online research thought maybe because didnt de-activate softwarebefore uninstalling it,(i running creative suite on laptop). de-activated on laptop thinking adobe let me download software again onto mac pro software can loaded on 2 computers, no, still refusing download. how do people. want use these useful programs can't. small post-house , quite urgent clients waiting.

looking @ error message have recieved while downloading product " download failed, administrator privilages required" . means there have been rights/priveledges issues on macintosh because of not able download/extract/install of adobe products on machine . request kindly try same under new admin user account (just test account) , check if able download same on machine or not ?

 

you might want check permissions on /lib , ~/lib if , every 1 has read &write or not ? if not , please give full permissions folder , enclosed folder within.
