Thread: Battery low event/handling

hello,
have tried find how battery low event handled. have checked /etc/acpid/events there action when going battery.

looked upowerd/upower see logging no actual doing something.

trying find makes decision shut down laptop when battery goes critically low.

have suspicion have bug on battery readings resulting in sudden shutdowns.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
