White Pixels showing up in Animation

my animated gif showing white 'patches' (where there shouldn't any). varies these patches show up, 3rd state, 5th of 5. we're having problems on 2 of 4 email addresses we're testing on, , 4 on same system/platform. thoughts? many - k. 

 

do of frames include transparency? (the frame shown, grey background, appears though might.) gifs support index transparency not alpha transparency, semi-transparent areas make use of matte color. i'm wondering if white patches might matte color substituting partially transparent pixels.

 

also, i'm not sure how transparency handled in animated gif.
