why cant I print every question?

i have been working on survey past few weeks company , trying print "open survey" send people can edit , make sure page breaks , in right spot.  however, cant seem print whole survey.  leaves off chart 1 of questions.  because haven't purchased licence yet? please let me know

hi;  not have subscription.  multi-page survey , printing 1 page @ time?  might want double check in design view in "web view" (a web/page view selector @ bottom right) when adding page breaks.

 

we don't special printing, legth of form/page have within bounds of 11" page.  if you'd share form me (send me url) @ jcorey@adobe.com can take @ it.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
