Accessibility issues in Captivate 6 HTML5 Output

help!!!!   created captivate 6 demo , published html5 file.  enabled accessibility in publish settings preferences.  however, when test on reader, accessiblity items (slide descriptions, project info, etc) not detected.  "sees" 1 big image. missing?

how playing on reader, can please add information, index.htm file produce supposed palyed on html5 compatible web browser.

 

please add screenshot if possible.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
