Add Phone and Email to Packing Slip?

hi,

 

does know how add customer phone number , email address packing slip layout?

 

the tag doesn't show in options. i've tried use think might work without luck. (e.g including {tag_addressbilling} {tag_addressshipping} {tag_recipientaddress} {tag_emailaddress})

 

 

but on blog - http://www.businesscatalyst.com.au/bc-blog/new_release_163_on_8th_of_j une-_with_many_wishlist_items_fixed - shows in image can done.

 

any ideas?

 

 

(we have moved sending tnt , require email , phone entered on con note our factory use packing slip doesn't seem allow these fields show. can them show on invoice not packing slip. thing can think of give factory invoice - it's not set enough them mark off checks when it's made , packed (we have special boxes on packing slip this) plus can see pricing try avoid.)

modules won't work here , unfortunately no direct tag render these fields. @ stage, can achieved adding fields using extended crm form via crm -> extend crm database orders & contacts. add these fields online shop purchase webform using crm forms tab shown here -> http://screencast.com/t/uhqfl8ujt

 

then add tag {tag_crmform} packing slip layout , show fields pulled crm form in slip layout.
