Adobe Reader crashing on MacOS X 10.8.3 (Intel)

adobe reader crashes after few seconds when open pdf file. i've tried number of files , removed , re-installed app. known issue?

 

edit: still getting same error. reader crashes few seconds - minute after opening pdf. error message:
