Adobe Reader XI: Can't customize comment tools on main top bar menu

hello,

 

i noticed not possible customize top bar menu in adobe reader xi "comment tools".

 

by default tools available on top bar menu are:

 

1) add sticky note

2) highlight text

 

i add, example, text correction markup or draw free form.

 

i think basic feature should included in adobe reader , convenient editors save time avoding clicking on comment bar switch tool other.

 

is possible? there way add favourite comments tools on top bar menu?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
