Clone tool error

when trying use clone tool getting error message - not use clone stamp tool because of program error. grateful.

in order use clone stamp tool need first target area use source clone stamp. after selecting tool, move cursor on portion of photo want use "source" , holding alt key down (on pc) , click. move cursor area want clone over, , click.

 

if doing above steps try reset tool.

 

in pse 11 select clone tool , on right hand bottom expand drop down, refer below screen shot

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
