Custom Reports Are Missing Important Data Fields

we trying build custom reports our ecommerce products, , of important fields when create product aren't available 'data fields' select when building custom report. specifically, location of product offered important. so, utilized 'custom fields' yet cannot export in custom report. additionally, fields 'product title' aren't exportable or available select data field when building report. 

 

so, leaves me few questions:

• what our current options, there chance i'm missing here.
• if there data fields availabel when creating product, why aren't available data fields when building custom report?
• anybody have suggestions?
