Customers Adding Pictures to the Form

does know if can have option customers add picture form created in adobe fromscentral?  need folks able post picture on form , send me.  how add functionality?  thanks.

for html forms can add file attachment field, icon highlighted in screenshot below. file attachments not supported in pdf forms.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
