Deleting a page

i new user , confused... trying delete page in middle of 8 single pages. when go layout-pages.. option available add page. other options remain grey or unavailable. i'm thinking don't have page (i want remove) picked. how do that?

select page(s) want delete in page panel either drag trash barrel icon or click icon in bottom of panel. delete page should option in right-click menu , flyout menu, if isn't may have menu items hidden in workspace.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
