glitch, bug, error at monitor preview and render at premiere cs6

hi, had problem

 

starts doing nothing, monitor , after render can watch "the rain" @ videos, previous projects had when open. format pc again problem persist. open in notebook, slow load project. videos when open windows media player, , make more 5 projects mov , mts files without problems until this.
