Polycom Integration with ADOBE Connect

i plan 1 project adobeconnect. in project ineed integrate polycom vcs adobe connect. possible in 2 way communication? need special it?

currently integration polycom vcs 1 way (from polycom connect), , available in licensed version of connect.

 

instructions configuring connect work polycom system can found in document: http://help.adobe.com/en_us/connect/9.0/installconfigure/connect_9_install.pdf. go page 43, deploying universal voice, , instructions configuring flash media gateway, need setup on end tie in polycom work. there wizard in admin section of connect can define sip address polycom want use, , should have pod in connect meeting room.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
