Premiere Pro Can't Open Another File; Can't Exit

go file -> open recent project , select 1 of recent projects. same thing happens if use file -> open , pick project in project open dialog. project laod while , close automatic.

 

i can create new project , when exit it  pop out "sorry, serious error has occurred requires adobe premiere pro shut down. attempt save current project".  i  unable close current project or exit premiere pro. way exit app kill windows task manager.

 

i try open recent project i'm stuck again.

 

what going on?? idea on it?

no idea what's going on try this:

pres , hold ctrl-alt-shift while opening program.  trash preferences in premiere , automatically re-build clean set. 

 

note: lose preferences have set , start projects list empty (the projects still on computer, not on list).

 

i have every , (i'm on mac).
