Rights to a Form

i created form basic access formscentral (99 cents/month).  made coworker coauthor.  had adobe pro , therefore had access formscentral without purchasing extra.  upgraded able receive "up 5,000" submissions on form created...or thinks.  possible or have upgrade make form able receive many submissions?  sent out link form application state refund , assume form link change if have export form , have him upload under account.

the rights etc. based on form author's account level, account have @ 5,000 response level form able receive 5k responses.  right, if did export form , import co-workers account url change.  wish give better news - let me know if can answer else.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
