Thread: java installation error:Unable to locate package update-java

e: unable locate package update-java

it looks though have not completed prior steps perhaps in step 2 or 3. sure added ppa? sure ran sudo apt-get update?

in case, not able use default java (iced tea) comes ubuntu? although older versions not good, latest 1 (i'm using ubuntu 11.04) seems rock solid.
