what need able hook game console computer can play computer's monitor cause tv sucks suck , small play newer games
hoping can use tv tuner card (must linux compatible) or don't have spend $200 @ walmart modest tv
plus if connect computer can record game play

it depends on connections monitor has. monitor has vga, dvi , hdmi inputs. have pc , ps3 connected @ same time. cycle input button select input want display.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
