Unable to export from the Book Module in LR-4.4 to Blurb, PDF and JPEG

i have made book in book module , looking forward send blurb printing. push "send book blurb... " button nothing happens. have tried export pdf , jpeg aswell, nothing. connected internet, have account @ blurb no reaction. there settings have missed or there bugs prevents me exporting? blurb ship norway or problem? please help!!!

when click on <send book blurb> dialog should come asks id , password blurb account. don't know if blurb ships norway - can find out @ blurb website. don't think problem here since cannot export pdf or jpgs.

 

i don't know of specifics why not possible it's worth trying replace preference file.

this file can go "funny" , responsible kinds of strange behavior of lr. remedy replacing preference file. 

btw: re-installing lr or updating / upgrading lr not replace preference file since designed "survive" upgrades.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
