Wy can't I update camera raw ?

i have photoshop cs5 old version of camera raw ( 6.4),  why can not update latest version?  wrong adobe? under -> update updater stating there no updates available, know there updates camera raw.  tried use manual update utility , updater telling me update not version ?any please.

nothing wrong adobe.  it's user error.

 

you cannot update past adobe camera raw 6.4 in cs5.  last version works in cs5 , there not further updates cs5.

 

your choices upgrade cs6, or subscribe creative cloud, or use free adobe dng converter 7.4 convert raw files raw dngs can opened current acr 6.4 in cs5.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
