Adobe issues

i have been trying update adobe flash past week.  have updated, uninstalled, clean installed , followed troubleshooting prompts.  adobe flashplayer shows on control panel programs list, not start menu, nor being installed on adobe's site.  i'm out of ideas , need before rash.  help!!

does show flash player version?

 

if not, run uninstaller (http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html), download (http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html) manually , install.
