cmi.interactions not incrementing

we using adobe captivate 6.0 , having problems package not incrementing interactions.  when have que on form, , writes response first que cmi.interactions.0.result, on next page writes result cmi.interactions.0.result , not cmi.interactions.1.result???  not increment interaction number?  how increment?

 

the sample marine navigation course adsl uses interactions , follows standard of

cmi.interactions.n n incremented each question.  not setting in setup/config somewhere?

 

this otherwise product, hope can find answer else seems working fine?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
