embedded youtube videos will no longer play in Powerpoint 2010

since upgrading flashplayer 11, can no longer play embedded youtube videos in powerpoint 2010.  error message have upgrade flashplayer.  have performed several clean installs, yet continue same error message stating have upgrade flashplayer.  how correct this?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
