Help Flash in hogging up my CPU

screen shot 2013-05-01 @ 7.16.49 am.png can see flash using 110.05 % of cpu.  causes freesing on mouse , else point of force quitting , rebooting.  might doing wrong, setting wise.  appreciated.  relative new developement since upgrading newest version.

what flash displaying when cpu usage occurs?  urls have open?  see type of behavior if go simple page this:  flash player version

 

on macbook pro, flash player uses 2 - 3% of cpu on flash player find version page.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
