I am a Creative Cloud subscriber and am trying to open recently installed Premier Pro.

i have installed premier pro , has worked few times , not open - giving error massage "adobe premiere pro not find capable video play modules. please update video display drivers , start again" have updated nvidia drivers , still not load. have opened older pemier elements 7 , 11 , work fine. have tried other video files (youtube etc) , work fine too. have rebooted windows 7 without success. ideas ?

 

just tried right click on short cut , chose run administrator , didn't work either -

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
