I got a blank page when I try to see some of web pages inlcuding materials preapred by flash player

i have note book, lenovor y580. os , ie follows:

 

os: windows 8 pro k media center

browser: ie 10 version: 10.0.9200.16540 (update version: 10.0.4 (kb2817183)

flash player: 11.7.700.169

the following web page prepared korean news paper company. when click following page, blank box part prepared flash player:

i understand above pages linked file prepared flash player. however, got blank pages above two. please me.

 

by way, have desktop computer in home, has same os, ie , flash player. works fine.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
