Thread: Photo manager with these features?

i'm using shotwell, finding short few features have in photo manager.

if shotwell can configured of these things, great!

  • i find photos based on pixel dimensions. say, pictures 1920x1080.
  • i tag photos based on same.
  • i organize photos on disk, according *some* not tags.
  • i find photos have no tags @ all.
  • i turn thumbnail caching *off*.
  • tags must written file, not program's esoteric database. (i aware shotwell this, point apply other programs)

i find photos based on pixel dimensions. say, pictures 1920x1080.
shotwell add eventually, feel free bug mailing list, maybe added sooner rather later.

i organize photos on disk, according *some* not tags.
are referring directory structure? i'm not aware of program can this.

i find photos have no tags @ all.
shotwell can via search mechanism. hit ctrl-s create new saved search, , can build search criteria of untagged photos.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
