Thread: Unable to get PMs via mail or reply to them.

i'm not getting notified of private messages via e-mail when arrive.

also, when try use web interface reply, error:

"you have turned off private messages. may not send private messages until turn them on editing options."
however, i've gone
user cp -> edit options -> receive e-mail

, unchecked "receive email administrators" checked. still error.

how notifications of new pms? how able reply them?

you need turn on pms well.

if you've not got turned on there nothing notified of, should though still receive pms admins regardless.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
