Thread: Virtualbox Seamless and Ubuntu

hello all,

possible run unity flavor of ubuntu in virtualbox seamless mode? when enter seamless mode, toolsbars disappear, making os instance inaccessible.

common use-case ubuntu virtual guest on left monitor, in seamless mode. unfortunately has not worked me ubuntu editions later lucid. i'm lts kinda guy has been fine till now, next lts being unity-only, i'm worried have find distro. did play mint mate had same results.

alternately, if unity can't made function in seamless, can suggest me distro/de work seamless (preferably foreseeable future)?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
