Trial Version Photoshop CS 6

i have tried 4 times download trial version of program. have gotten error messages each time. have loaded assistant, cloud, , support, , nothing works.

the last time siad didn't have enough hard drive space. lol, have 367 gb of 465 gb drive.

 

i have taken screen caps of of messages , submitted package, not useful.

 

where go here?

while trying extract files adobe cs6 got following errors..

and tried extract files fonts, number kept going up. each time @ end of line "the file corrupt"

 

when go downloads did program , click on set up,

at 1 point while moving through websites asked if needed , wanted chat, said yes, , bingo, person gone.

 

please need downloading trial. should remove , start again? have spent 4 hours , getting little tired , depressed.

 

i using os windows 7

it has been on month , no 1 has suggested should do???? also, got word trial has expired, funny since never downloaded or used. , won't let me download trial again. wants money! money? what? when can't me downloaed in first place. . bunch of hay! , leave no way contact anyone!!!

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
