Unable to access Adobe Story both desktop and online version

hello,

 

i'm not able sign adobe story both desktop version - first gave me error -

 

there error action. try again later.

now when try sign in hangs on "processing" splash page

when try log online version - tried chrome, firefox , ie10, doesn't seen able connect server:

adobe story app i'm using part of creative cloud cs6, other applications work fine, latest updates installed.

 

story updated today when opened first, before today didn't have issues accessing either online or desktop version.

if issue on adobe server side, idea when resolved?

 

windows 7 x64, sp1

creative cloud cs6

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
