View differents between 9 & 10

when open pdf in acrobat 9 page window fill monitor, if have hit little green plus sign document window in acrobat 10. when open document in acrobat 10 window not fill monitor until click on little green plus sign in upper left of window. i'm on mac os mountain lion latest, greatest. don't see anywhere in preferences make initial document window open in acrobat 9.

since opens differently in 2 versions, initial view not set in document, in your acrobat. assuming process same on pc, go edit>preferences>page display , set default. document properties override setting, asked about.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
