Why do my anchor points and triggers jump to anchors they are not assigned to?

hello again,

 

i still tinkering away on school project adobe muse page, there glitches can't under control. biggest issue far problem anchors. followed tutorial t creating them, triggers not jump reliable area suppost go to.

 

i have long horizontal image scroll on placed "bubbles" (my links) visit sub-pages. user supposed able return same place in image has left from, things go wrong. further down image (probably depending on how many sub-pages have visited) jumps seem go more erratic.

 

since explaing tricky without example uploaded copy of entire muse page including assets dropbox folder. if willing take , tell doing wrong.

 

in addition, have fixed objects in of sub-pages jump plced them on page 40+ pix right in preview/published view. why??
