Access for HLS protection on Android device

hello there.

 

we surveying adobe access 4.0 protecting hls live stream ios/android(jellybean) devices.

here questions arised while reading adobe access 4.0 document (http://help.adobe.com/en_us/adobemediaserver/devguide/ws5262178513756206-4b6aabd1378392bb5 9-7fe8.html)

 

1. how many sites/services using adobe access drm solution, "live" streaming service?

i not sure whether adobe access quite popular in drm domain.

 

2. there 3 types of protecting hls live stream (vanilla/phls/accessv4).

for accessv4 protected live stream played on ios devices, adobe access provides ios sdk building native player app. then, need accessv4 protected live stream being played on android devices?

 

vanilla mode seems hls standard encryption method , don't have work player side. but, phls , accessv4 mode seems adobe proprietary features , requiring work played on ios/android devices.

am correct?

 

3. if know real site accept adobe access drm solution, let me know it.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
