Actionlist not found

hey, i'm having issue installing flash player. actionlist not found. i've done steps in page. checked connection, disabled firewall, etc. desktop has more enough capability install it, have 8gb of ddr3 ram, 32gb ssd, 1tb hdd, , 3tb hdd... none of memory anywhere close being used, new win7 install. can't on youtube , can't on pandora or other page requiring flash because can't install it. when "direct links other browsers" , try install that, wont work , still can't on uses flash.. i've never encountered type of error , i've tried many things.

all drivers date, video drivers correctly set network drivers , else.

download , run offline installer(s) http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#mai n-pars_header (under heading progress bar hangs...).

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
