Adobe application manager failed to install but no reasons where given. Why? Help, I'm running W7 w/

i trying trial version of acc (adobe creative cloud) , trying run ps seems download instializes , states adobe application manager failed install. why that? help!

please try following :

> enable hidden admin account on windows 7 ( ref :  http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/enable-the-hidden-adminis trator-account-on-windows-vista/ )

> disable non-microsoft startup services. (ref : http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/disable-startup-items-servic es-windows.html )

> disable antivirus softwares ca, norton,mc afee etc. temporarily computer.

reboot , try installing , check.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
