Bug in Contribute 6.5??

we have installed contribute 6.5 , has been working fine until now. reason, data files within folder have become corrupt , each time try edit , publish page, software creates draft copies of htm files within folder , generates .lck file every document within folder well. result, not complete publishing process , comes error "contribute has stopped working...".

 

not sure has caused this. not affect other folders have been created contribute (we have multiple webpages). have deleted .lck files , data files generated during publishing process c:\users\username\app data\adobe\contribute 6.5\ etc instructed , has not resolved problem.

 

is bug in software , if there patch available it?
