Buttons disappear and Table of Contents shrinks in HTML 5 output.

i'm creating series of modules.  have 1-2 introduction slides text , continue button, slide video plays out on between 5-20 slides.  these videos 5-10 minutes in length.  encountering issue first time launched in lms, video wouldn't load.  addressed converting flash video mp4 format , publishing html 5 output.  however, when that, continue buttons disappear, , table of contents shrinks oddly.  when publish both html 5 , swf format, screen displays , buttons fine, video won't load.   able publish both formats , have video load normally.  video progressive download , inserted multi-slide synchronized video.  appreciated.  thanks!

i checked project published html5 output , swf separately, did not notice difference in toc width.

 

can check width value project-- toc -- settings?

 

if preview in html5 mode within captivate, continue button disappear or fades?
