Image Size View


hi. new cs6 , still migrating on cs4.

 

my images not appear 100%. example, if create new document custom web banner at

960px/350px canvas sems small. yes, using macbook pro retina display if upload image browser,

it looks 960x350! rulers display correct size it's not.

 

and doesn't matter resolution set at. looks @ correct if being viewed @ 200% driving me crazy have

to endure pixalated view of image edit seems crazy. can't see answers or forums on , need help.

below same file @ 100% in ps , imported @ 100% fireworks. thanks!

100% view in photoshop means every pixel of image being represented pixel on monitor. 1:1 display no interpolation.

the mac retina display has higher resolution normal display, it  meaning denser, smaller monitor pixels, smaller image in photoshop @ 100% zoom.
