No option of downloading Creative Cloud Connection app

i have access apps, except creative cloud connection. have checked both the  adobe download assistant list of apps, , apps on app page when sign creative cloud in browser. i've been through lot of forums , pages adobe, , feel i'm going in circles. how can app?! it's 1 of reasons got cc in first place

• login creative.adobe.com
• go apps
• look creative cloud connection , downlaod it.
• else download latest adobe application manager below link , download/install ccc.
