using system variable (cpinfocurrentslide) can display slide number of visible slides during playback. how can display slide number of filmstrip slides not visible slides?

i did not understand mean when filmstrip slides, mean slide other current slide or mena slide sequcne based upon position in filmstrip.

 

because can display slide label/number slide, how want use question. can elaborate bit more.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
