Thread: Can't update ubuntu!

i'm trying update system in normal way - via update manager - i'm getting error message don't understand. me diagnose , repair fault please?

message comes "package operation failed" , when click details get:

open terminal pressing alt , t
type in
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade -y

should work
