Thread: A few internet related problems together

greetings,

have been having few strange internet related problems lately. i've tried search solutions each of them individually, , still haven't come out real solution.

so, i'm posting them here, have root in common.

1) can't use facebook. can login , start viewing user's page, never loads user's comments, external links, or goes farther in timeline.

2) twitter never loads older tweets given limit (which quite small).

3) can't watch videos on youtube. stay black forever.

4) dropbox doesn't upload files or file changes. tried upload file via web interface , had no luck.

i'm running ubuntu 10.10 32 bits.

try reinstalling flash few of problems (facebook youtube , possibly twitter

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
