greetings all, new ubuntu installation happening days ago.

wish connect net installer files optus mini wi-fi can not opened. disk utility recognises device cannot read files on it. not seen under computer heading in places.

want have connection part of ubuntu not opened through wine or similar emulator.

need do? pointers appreciated.

mobile broadband wireless network router? or wireless adapter?
how connect device? ethernet or usb?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
