Thread: Program to install Ubuntu 11.10 amd64 on USB

hello everyone. having hard time figuring out. have tried both ubuntu 11.10 , presently have fedora 16 on laptop. problem having have decided put ubuntu 11.10 on laptop because liked better -less buggy fedora. problem can't find program works way. trying create usb stick ubuntu 11.10 64 bit iso image. tried fedora live usb creator , selected ubuntu 11.10 image, failed on checksum mdf file. suggestions?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
